At Eternoir, we are dedicated to providing you with the finest quality garments, crafted from newly produced, 100% silk. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our meticulous manufacturing process and handling of each order with great care.
1. Standard Shipping for In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days to ensure each piece meets our exceptional quality standards. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the courier service. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, please note that the courier company is responsible for any delays beyond our control.
2. Pre-Order Items
For items not readily available and marked as pre-order, we require up to 30 days to process and ship your order. This extended period accounts for the time needed to produce our exclusive silk fabrics and tailor them into the fine garments you love. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page or through direct communication, please anticipate this 30-day preparation period for pre-ordered items.
3. Expedited Shipping
Should you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order. While we strive to meet every shipping request, the nature of our products and their production process may limit our ability to expedite shipping. We will communicate transparently with you about the possibilities based on your specific needs.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your purchase.
5. International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship locally, in Romania. Stay tuned for further notice when we start shipping within EU.
6. Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to make changes or cancellations before your order has begun processing. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
